Group administrators can approve and reject the use of services of group members.
1. Plan Usage Approval
The Plan menu on the Service Use History page allows administrators to approve or reject plan usage requests made by group members in order to issue the Collision Risk Analysis Report or Risk Assessment Report.
- Step 1. Before approval or rejection, the robot model and serial number (S/N) must be verified. If the robot information is incorrect, the request can be rejected by group administrator and the group member can reapply for approval.
- Step 2. Once approved, one robot from the available robots for plan registration (as specified in the SafetyDesigner license agreement) will be deducted.

🚨 Group members are required to obtain approval from the group administrator before using a plan, and plan cancellations due to user fault are not permitted.
✅ What is plan usage and why is it necessary?
- In order to issue the Collision Risk Analysis Report or Risk Assessment Report, a paid plan must be registered for the robot that the report is intended for.
- Once the plan registration for the robot is completed, the robot’s serial number (S/N) and model cannot be changed, so please ensure all information is accurate before approval.
2. Report Issuance Approval
This is the page where group members’ report issuance requests are submitted.
- Step 1. Before approval, the robot model and serial number (S/N) must be verified.
- Step 2. Upon approval, the requested report will be issued, and the invoice will be sent to the email of the group member who requested the approval.

🚨 Please be aware that multiple approval requests for issuing analysis reports may be submitted for the same robot.
3. Application Sharing Approval
This is the page where group members’ application sharing approval requests are submitted.
- Step 1. The application sharer list will only display external accounts outside of the group.
- Step 2. Upon approval of the application sharing, an email containing the application sharing link will be sent to the external accounts.

🚨 Please be aware that multiple approval requests may be submitted for the same application.
4. Use History
Group administrators can check the usage history of their members.
