These Special Terms are subordinate to the 「Service Terms of Use」 and apply only when using AI features. With respect to the use of AI services, these Special Terms take precedence over the original Service Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Safetics, Inc. (the "Company") and the user regarding the use of the SafetyDesigner AI Service (the "AI Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Input" means any text you type in or other content you upload or provide to the AI Service.
2. "Output" means the resulting material generated based on the Input, such as risk assessment drafts, search results, and safety measure recommendations.

Article 3 (Nature and Limitations of the Service)

1. The AI Service is an assistive tool that provides safety-related information based on robot standards and regulations. The Output is probabilistic in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
2. The Output does not guarantee the successful completion of any safety-related regulatory procedures, including but not limited to declarations of conformity (e.g., CE Marking) or any official safety certifications required in any jurisdiction.
3. The Company makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of the Output, and it may not reflect all site-specific environmental variables (temperature, humidity, electrical conditions, etc.).

Article 4 (User Obligations and Use of Output)

1. The Output is provided for reference only. Use of any Output is at your own risk, and the Company recommends obtaining professional and independent advice (including final review and approval by a qualified robot safety expert) before applying the Output in practice.
2. The user acknowledges that cross-verification and on-site review by a qualified professional is required before applying the Output to any actual process.
3. The user shall not use the AI Service for any of the following purposes:
   1. Intentionally disabling safety devices or seeking information to bypass or circumvent safety regulations.
   2. Inputting data that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or personal information of others.
4. The user bears sole responsibility for any changes in process design, installation of safety devices, or certification results arising from the use of the Output.

Article 5 (Credit System)

1. The Company may distribute free credits to encourage the use of the AI Service.
2. The Company reserves the right to update or change the credit policy at its discretion with prior notice.

Article 6 (Data Usage and Training)

1. Detailed drawings, site photographs, or other materials containing the user's business or personal information shall not be used as training data for AI models without the user's prior consent.
2. The Company may use de-identified and anonymized Input, Output, and feedback to improve the performance and accuracy of the AI models.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. The Company retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to works created by the Company and data processed by the AI.
2. Users shall not infringe upon the Company's rights and are prohibited from unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any content for commercial or malicious purposes.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including but not limited to equipment damage, personal injury or death, certification failure, or production stoppage—arising from any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI Service or the Output.
2. The user acknowledges that AI-generated responses may not reflect the latest amendments to applicable standards or laws and agrees to consult official guidelines and applicable regulations issued by competent authorities before taking any action based on the Output.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The parties irrevocably agree that the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Article 10 (Compliance with Global Regulations)

1. The Company strives to comply with domestic and international AI-related regulations and any amendments thereto.
2. The timing of the Company's compliance obligations shall align with the date on which such laws become legally binding. Any grace periods or deferments provided by law shall automatically apply to the Company's obligations.
