Marketing Consent Agreement

Safetics Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) obtains consent for the reception of advertising information from users and the processing of personal information related to it. Users may refuse consent for receiving marketing information, but there may be limitations on benefits such as events and discounts.

  • Purpose of Use
    • Reception of personalized information for users, provision of advertising information such as various events and promotions.
  • Items of Collection
    • Name, email address, mobile phone number, consent status of marketing reception.
  • Methods of Reception
    • Mail, SMS (text), telephone, etc.
  • Contents of Transmission
    • Newsletters, seminar announcements, product promotional materials, seminar presentation materials, follow-up on inquiries, etc.
  • Withdrawal Instructions
    • Changes can be made on the member information modification page (or by contacting customer service).
      • However, if you agree to receive marketing in a non-logged state on the homepage and refuse to receive the newsletter in the mail you received, the consent to receive marketing information will be canceled.

Information collected and used will be retained from the date of marketing information consent until withdrawal of membership or withdrawal of consent for marketing information reception. This agreement will be effective from the date of enforcement, and changes to the agreement due to laws and policies will be notified via notice within the service 7 days prior to enforcement.

Supplementary Provisions

This agreement will be effective from May 2, 2024.
