| “You are not part of an organization.” | The account is not registered to an organization | Ask your Admin to add you to the organization. |
| “Delete failed. A sent TBM cannot be deleted.” | Tried to delete a sent item | Sent items are preserved. They cannot be deleted. |
| “Only an Admin can add a group (site).” | A Manager tried to add a group | Ask your Admin. |
| Cannot add a plant (limit notice) | Reached the 10-plant limit | Clean up unused plants, then add. |
| “The requested page cannot be found.” | Wrong address (404) | Return with the Home button. |
| Error screen (“Something went wrong”) | Temporary screen error | Refresh. If it recurs, report it through the support channel with a screenshot. |
