The 5 Complaint Types

| SOS | Emergency rescue request (respond first) |
| Work Stop | Work stop request |
| Safety | Hazard report |
| Suggestion | General suggestion |
| TBM Issue | A problem raised from a TBM survey item (the location shows the session name instead of a plant) |
Status Flow
Items move through New → In Progress → Resolved, in that order.
How to Filter
- Show Unresolved Only toggle — hides resolved items
- Period (date range) and plant filters
- Search — title, content, submitter, number
- Table column filters — status / type / priority (Urgent, High, Normal)
Tip
The three cards at the top are the summary: Today’s Status (suggestion/SOS/safety counts) · Unresolved (new/in progress/resolved) · SOS (list of open items).
