See who participated in a sent TBM and who did not.
Sent TBM details – Participated / Not participated lists
- In the TBM Send History list, scan the overall picture with the participation rate column. Click the column header to sort.
- Click a row whose status is “Sent” to open its details.
- Check the Participated / Not participated lists. Recipients can be collapsed and expanded by site, and regular workers and external workers (purple) are shown separately.
Tip
The weekly TBM participation rate graph on the Home dashboard shows the trend by site (last week vs. this week) at a glance.
