5.2 Manage Plants (Sites)

Admin

Add, edit, and delete plants, and assign the contact people and GPS radius.

1. Open the Permissions & Settings > Organization/Site Management tab. The plant list is displayed (plant name / address / SOS contact / work stop manager / managers / GPS radius).
2. Click Add Plant or the edit button on an existing plant.
3. Fill in the modal:
   • Name · Address
   • SOS contact / work stop manager — the first people notified in an emergency
   • Assign managers — assigned people automatically receive the Manager role, and go back to Worker when unassigned
   • Drop a GPS pin on the map + radius (m) — the basis for validating Geo-Fence signatures
4. Save.
