Send the push notification again, only to the people who have not checked the TBM yet.
- Open the details of a sent TBM.
- Click the Resend Push Notification button.
- Check the message “Push notification resent to N non-responders.”
Warning
The resend button activates only after a set time has passed since the send (default setting, e.g., 2 hours). If the button is disabled, the waiting period has not passed yet.
An Admin changes the threshold with “Resend wait time for non-responders” (1/2/4/8 hours) in 5.3 Default TBM Settings.
