C. Glossary

TBM (Tool Box Meeting)
A short safety meeting held before work begins. In this system, the survey and signature are done in the mobile app.
Form / template
A reusable format that bundles precautions, PPE, and the special notice. Screens use the two words interchangeably — they mean the same thing.
Session / TBM send
A single actual send of a form to a specific date, time, and group.
PPE (personal protective equipment)
Personal protective gear such as hard hats, safety shoes, and safety glasses.
Risk assessment (RA)
Risk Assessment. A risk assessment report created in a separate system, used as a source of check items when creating a form.
Geo-Fence
A virtual fence made from the plant’s GPS pin + radius. A signature method where a signature counts only inside this range.
Dispatch
Inviting people from another organization or plant to your site’s TBMs. Marked with a purple “Dispatch” badge.
External worker (day laborer)
A worker who joins TBMs with a plant-specific access code, without a full account.
Access code
The plant-specific code an external worker enters in the app to join that plant’s TBMs. It can be renewed and printed in bulk.
Group / site / plant
The organizational unit. Depending on the screen it appears as “group”, “site”, or “plant” — they generally refer to the same unit.
