3.1 Bulk-Add Form Items (Excel)

Manager or higher

Add dozens of check items to the “Custom Items” tab in one go.

  1. On the form creation screen, go to the Custom Items tab.
  2. Download the CSV template file with Download Form.
  3. Open it in Excel and fill in the check item / risk factor / hazardous factor columns.
  4. Upload the completed file (CSV/xlsx) with Upload Excel.
  5. If anything was uploaded by mistake, check those items and clean up with Delete Selected.

Tip

When adding only a few items, the Enter Directly modal (enter a check item/risk factor/hazardous factor) is faster than uploading.
