D. Error Message Reference

Message Cause Fix
“Your ID or password is incorrect.” Wrong login details Enter them again. If it keeps failing, reset your SafetyDesigner password.
“You do not belong to any organization” Account not registered to an organization Ask your company Admin to register you.
“The TBM service contract has expired” Company contract issue Contact the person in charge at your company.
“You do not have TBM permission” Account has no TBM permission Ask the Admin to check your permission.
“The access code is incorrect” Mistyped code, or the code was renewed Check the latest code posted at the site.
“No registered worker found” Name or phone number mismatch Ask the Admin to check your registration.
“Your session has expired. Please log in again” Session expired Log in again.
“Identity verification failed” / “PIN verification failed” Biometric/PIN failure Try again. If it keeps failing, ask the Admin to run Reset Credentials.
“TBM session not found” Deleted, or invalid access Refresh the list and enter again.
“This TBM has already been completed” Duplicate participation attempt Already participated — no further action needed.
“You are outside the site boundary” / “You are outside the site radius. (distance/allowed)” Location check failure Move inside the site and try again (4.5).
“Location permission is required. Please allow location access in Settings.” Location permission denied Allow location permission in your phone’s settings.
“Cannot receive a GPS signal. Please try again outdoors.” GPS dead zone Move outdoors and try again.
“Signature send failed — the signature image could not be uploaded…” Unstable network Check your connection, then tap Complete TBM again.
“This issue has already been reported” Duplicate issue report for the same item Already submitted — no further action needed.
“Failed to submit the complaint” Temporary error/network Check your connection and try again.
“Please check your internet connection” Offline Connect to Wi-Fi/data and try again.
“Could not fetch weather information.” Weather lookup failure Use the refresh button on the weather card. Other features are not affected.
“Processing failed” Temporary error Try again. If it keeps happening, report it via the contact channel with a screenshot.
