- TBM (Tool Box Meeting)
- A short safety meeting held before work. It is sent from the Admin web, and you participate in this app with the checklist and signature.
- Checklist
- The set of items to confirm for one TBM. Made up of precautions / personal protective equipment (PPE) / today’s special notice.
- Precautions
- Safety items to follow in today’s work. Items may carry risk factor and hazardous factor tags.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Items confirming that protective gear such as hard hats, safety shoes, and safety glasses is worn.
- Today’s special notice
- A notice the Admin sends specially for that day (e.g., precautions for rainy weather).
- Confirmed / Issue Found
- The responses for each checklist item. “Issue Found” is automatically submitted to the Admin as a TBM issue.
- Location check (Geo-Fence)
- A signature method that checks whether you are inside the virtual fence made from the site’s GPS pin and radius.
- Handwritten signature
- A participation confirmation method where you sign directly on the screen with your finger.
- Access code
- The per-plant (site) code external workers enter to log in. The Admin issues and renews it and posts it at the site.
- External worker (day labor)
- A worker who participates with an access code plus their name and phone number, without a full account.
- Dispatch
- Being invited to another organization’s site as a TBM participant. If you accept, the site is added to your site selection list with a “Dispatch” badge.
- Suggestions
- The communication channel where hazard reports, work stops, SOS, suggestions, and TBM issues are gathered. Track progress through the action history (replies).
- Hazard
- A dangerous element found on site. Report it to the Admin with “Hazard Report.”
- Action history
- The record of replies and status changes by the Admin and the author for a suggestion or report.
- Site / workplace / plant
- Organizational units. Depending on the screen they appear as “site”, “workplace”, or “plant”, and usually refer to the same unit.
