From your next login, get in quickly with fingerprint or face recognition.
Regular Workers
- In the prompt shown right after email login, tap Register. (Prompt: “Would you like to log in quickly with biometrics (fingerprint/face) from now on?”)
- Complete your device’s fingerprint or face recognition; “Biometric login has been registered.” is displayed.
- From then on, a Biometric Login button appears on the login screen — tap it to log in without a password.
- If you check Stay Logged In when logging in, you are logged in automatically the next time you open the app.
External Workers
- Biometric authentication (or a PIN) is required. Identity verification happens on every login, and auto login is not supported.
Tip
If you changed your phone or biometric authentication keeps failing, ask an Admin to reset your credentials, then register again.
