4.2 Emergency SOS

Send a rescue signal to the Admin in emergencies such as injury or distress.

“Emergency SOS” – sent with a siren and vibration

  1. On the emergency cards on Home, tap SOS.
  2. In the confirmation dialog “Send an emergency SOS to the administrator?”, tap Yes, Send. (If you tapped it by mistake, tap No.)
  3. The SOS screen opens, and a siren and vibration go off to alert people around you. The status “Sending SOS…” is displayed.
  4. When the situation is under control, tap End SOS — at this moment the signal is sent to the Admin, and “SOS sent — the emergency signal has been delivered to the administrator.” is displayed together with the send time.
  5. Return with Back to Home.

Danger

The Admin receives the message “[Emergency SOS] An emergency rescue request has occurred on site. Please check immediately.”, and it is shown as a top-priority alert on the Admin web. For drills or tests, be sure to arrange it with your Admin in advance.
