Check how your suggestions and reports are being handled, and talk with the Admin through replies.

- In the Suggestions list, use the search box and filter chips to find the item you want. Status is shown as Unresolved / In Progress / Resolved.
- Tap an item to open its detail. Hazard reports are titled “[Hazard]”, SOS “[Emergency] SOS Request”, and TBM issues “TBM Issue Reported”.
- Under Action History, check the Admin’s replies and status changes. (If there are none yet: “No action history yet.”)
- Write your message in the input box at the bottom (“Enter a reply”) and tap Send. You can Edit or Delete replies you wrote.
Warning
Once an item is Resolved, its reply box is closed. If you have more to say, please submit a new suggestion.
