Admin Web ↔ Mobile App: Different Roles

Glossary

Term Meaning
TBM (Tool Box Meeting) A short safety meeting held before work begins. An Admin sends it from the web, and workers participate in the app.
Checklist The set of items to check in a single TBM. It consists of precautions / personal protective equipment (PPE) / today’s special notice.
Confirmed / Issue Found The two responses for each checklist item. Tapping “Issue Found” automatically submits that item to the Admin as a TBM issue.
Three signature methods Handwritten signature (sign with your finger on the screen) / location check (Geo-Fence), verified within the site’s GPS radius / confirm only (no signature). The Admin chooses the method when sending.
Regular / external worker Regular worker: a member who logs in with an ID (email). External worker: a day laborer who logs in with the access code posted at the site, plus name and phone number.
Dispatch Being invited to another organization’s site as a TBM participant. Accept in the app and the dispatch site is added to your site selection list (orange “Dispatch” badge).
Suggestions The place where hazard reports, work stop requests, SOS, suggestions, and TBM issues are all collected. Communicate with the Admin through the action history (replies).
Three TBM statuses Upcoming (not started yet) / Completed (participation finished) / Incomplete (the date has passed without participation).
Three action statuses The handling stages of a suggestion or report: Unresolved → In Progress → Resolved.

One-line daily flow: Push notification arrives → Start today’s TBM → Answer the checklist (Confirmed / Issue Found) → Sign or complete the location check → Complete TBM
